The Problem

We need to break out of the regular legal mode for a law firm and bring emotion into the discussion, because estate planning is highly emotional for the people trying to find the service.

The Strategy

Build a message that speaks to the emotions and trust involved in estate planning.

  • The Mechanic: We built out 5 unique ads that resonated with the emotional aspects of buying estate planning servcies.
     

  • The Access: We used connected TV and YouTube to tell the story and create attention.
     

  • The Result: They saw a 33% lift in conversions from paid ads and a stabilized "mid-tier" package purchase with a five-figure LTV.
